About Me

As a surface pattern designer with a background in Fine Arts and a Master’s in Textile Design from National Institute Of Design, India, I see pattern as more than repetition—it's rhythm, narrative, and emotion. My work is deeply inspired by nature, especially the quiet elegance of birds, the intricate forms of plants, and the organic poetry found in the natural world.

Each pattern I create begins with a sketch—a moment observed, a fleeting feeling captured in line and color. From there, I build layered compositions where elements flutter, grow, and interact, much like characters in a story. Whether on textiles, paper, or product surfaces, my goal is to design patterns that invite closer looking—pieces that speak softly, yet resonate deeply.

In my creative process, I blend the sensitivity of painting with the structure of design, honoring traditional hand-drawn techniques while embracing the possibilities of digital craftsmanship. The result is a body of work that feels both timeless and alive—where every pattern holds a story waiting to be discovered.
